Double Screw puffed snacks Extruder

The Double Screw Extruder is made of Gearbox, Lubrication system,the barrel, Double screw. heating system. cooling system and Cutting devices. It process the raw material with high temperature and pressure.

Snack food Drying Machine

The heating source for this dryer can be electric, gas or steam.The material is stainless steel 304 or can be customized.

This dryer machine consists of rack system, combustion system, de-humidifier system, insulation system and controlling system. after extruding, it helps to remove the moisture on the surface of snacks food.

doube tumbler flavoring machine

This flavoring system consists of double roller tumblers. Oil sprayer machine, and elevator.
Spraying nozzle can adjust oil amount equally. The sugar coating is built up by tumbler system. which is drived by a motor.
The additives, pet food and other powder will be flavored well in the tumblers.

From feeding materials, extruding & inflating, core filling, shaping, roasting, cutting, oil spraying to finished products are done once time automatic. 

Extruder control is based on a programmable computer system which adjusts for optimal parameters according to different recipes,water content, pressure and temperature, allowing for simpler more dependable processing.
