Multi-layer reciprocating fully automatic food baking drying oven

The drying oven with a movable mesh belt dryer is a horizontal dryer with a multi-layer/segmented drying combination. This dryer is mainly used for drying granular snacks, powder puff snacks, pet food, macaroni, etc.The length of the dryer varies according to the different products. The materials are fed in from the top and run back and forth from the top to the discharge port at the bottom of the drying oven. Customers can adjust the speed and temperature of the conveyor, and the oven can be set and adjusted. The temperature of the oven can reach 0 to 180 degrees. The time the product stays in the oven can be set according to different products. The belt speed can be adjusted according to the humidity requirements of the discharged water to achieve good product quality. The oven is fully automatic.
Our multi-layer ovens are mainly divided into three types (by the number of layers) - 3 layers, 5 layers and 7 layers. This depends on different food varieties and production demands. 

These series of ovens are widely used for drying various rods, slices and grains. The shapes of inflatable snack foods and other materials. Users can choose different types of dryers based on the layer, length or energy.The whole machine is compactly designed with reasonable logic and easy operation.
The drive system adopts double-pitch roller chain drive, with circulating drying, balanced operation and never clogging.
The drying temperature and time can be adjusted for the best drying effect. 
High-efficiency fuel-saving system, with reasonable heat distribution, uniform material heating, low energy but high output.
