Principle & Processling line

It separates the ground material into different grades (e.g., fine, medium, coarse) through multi-layered mesh screens. The result is a perfectly calibrated final product ready for packaging or specific coating applications.

Multilayer cooler

The Multilayer Cooler is designed to efficiently reduce the temperature and moisture of freshly extruded breadcrumbs. Utilizing a compact vertical design with multiple conveying belts, it maximizes cooling effect while minimizing floor space. Ambient or forced air passes through the product layer to stabilize the crumbs quickly, preparing them for the subsequent grinding or packaging stage to ensure optimal texture and storage stability.
