Automatic seasoning line

This feeding system utilizes an elevator for material conveyance. Seasonings are transported via a stationary screw conveyor; when paired with an advanced seasoning system, this ensures uniform seasoning distribution, and the screw conveyor speed is fully adjustable. The rotating drum is manufactured using a one-piece molding process, resulting in an interior free of dead corners. The equipment is fitted with imported spray nozzles featuring adjustable flow rates to ensure uniform oil application. Furthermore, the system utilizes an electrically heated oil storage tank and an oil delivery pump to supply the oil. This industrial-grade, fully automated rotary seasoning machine is specifically designed for seasoning and mixing snack foods, and is also suitable for processing potato chips, various puffed snacks, and similar products. Seasonings are conveyed by a stationary screw conveyor; the advanced seasoning system guarantees uniform and consistent seasoning results, while the screw conveyor speed can be adjusted as needed. The rotating drum features a one-piece molded structure, presenting a smooth interior surface devoid of any dead corners.

Spraying nozzle can adjust oil amount equally. The sugar coating is built up by tumbler system. which is drived by a motor.
The additives, pet food and other powder will be flavored well in the tumblers.
